Gwa and Kanthaya are both located on the main road from Yangon to Ngapali Beach, and the bus that runs between those two destinations can drop you off at either Gwa or Kanthaya. If you are based in Ngapali, then Gwa and Kanthaya are a 6 hour drive to the south on mostly good roads (there are daily buses).
